Tutorial Accurate Online : Cara Tambah Pengguna Accurate Online
Menu “Add user” atau yang juga dikenal sebagai “Tambah Pengguna Accurate Online” merupakan sebuah fitur yang disediakan untuk menambahkan pengguna login yang diberikan akses ke database Accurate Online. Terdapat biaya sebesar 20 ribu rupiah untuk setiap tambahan pengguna per bulan yang ingin ditambahkan. Accurate Online menyediakan fitur tambah pengguna yang dapat diberikan hak akses yang spesifik berdasarkan tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing pengguna, dan terdapat dua cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk menambah pengguna. Yaitu : Area Login & Database
Tambah Pengguna Pada Area Login
Berikut ini adalah langkah untuk menambahkan pengguna Accurate Online pada area login :
1. Langkah pertama, login ke Accurate Online dengan level admin. Klik Disini untuk Login
2. Klik pada bagian yang diberi tanda, lalu klik icon (Tambah Pengguna), contohnya seperti gambar dibawah ini
3. Kemudian tentukan jenis akses yang diberikan yaitu Operator atau Administrator
4. Selanjutnya pada bagian “Isi Email Pengguna Yang Ingin Diberikan Hak Akses” isi dengan akun email user atau pengguna lain yang akan diberikan akses kedalam database, lalu klik Simpan
5. Setelah berhasil, ID email yang Anda masukan sebagai pengguna baru, akan turun ke bagian bawah, seperti gambar dibawah ini
Informasi Terkait Email :
*Apabila pengguna tersebut sudah pernah mendaftarkan alamat emailnya ke accurate.id, maka hanya akan dikirimkan notifikasi
*Jika pengguna tersebut belum pernah mendaftarkan alamat emailnya ke accurate id, maka ketika diberikan akses, ia akan mendapatkan email dan informasi password sementara “Silahkan gunakan password sementara berikut ini untuk login : XXXXXX“
Tambah Pengguna Pada Database
Berikut langkah menambah pengguna Accurate Online lewat database :
1. Masuk ke Database Accurate Online Anda, lalu klik menu “Pengaturan”
2. Kemudian klik Pengguna
3. Kemudian isi email/no. telp pengguna sebagai Operator atau Administrator
